Stop that safe driver
My friend who is an Assistant D.A. says that a startlingly high proportion of criminals who are caught are apprehended at routine traffic stops for running red lights, speeding, tail light out, etc. So you should drive really carefully if you have a warrant out on you. Which makes me wonder if careful driving isn't therefore itself suspicious behavior.
